- Electronic temperature control 50° to 250° F. 40° to 410° F, and 150° to 550° F range options are also available at an additional cost.
- Two zone heat on 40, 60 and 80 quart models

- Specify 110V or 220V power operation
- Digital electronic temperature control
- Dual point temperature control-independent temperature for valve and for pot. Valve temperature settings are 1-10.
- Selectable thermostat readout-Centigrade or Fahrenheit.
